Sean created his first public website in 1992, when such sites in the UK numbered less than 50. As early as 1988 he was experimenting with ‘packet switched networks’ whilst a graduate researcher at Loughborough University. He started his first web company in 1995 whilst working at Derby University and formed Cuttlefish in 2001 as a means of combining his love of arts and technology in a single business. He has degrees in Computer Studies and Digital Arts and has written for the popular press as well as publishing over 20 research papers. See his home page for more information.

Anthony built his first website at the age of 14 - a precursor to the now hugely popular Nintendo Life. He specialises in technical builds, visual design, web services and APIs. An outstanding example of the "internet generation" he combines a keen eye for detail with a flair for design and ruthless coding efficiency.

Jude embarked on his programming career at the age of 8 building games on a second-hand Commodore 16. Technology and Jude's love of it have both come a long way since then! Over the years his experience in building robust, innovative software has spanned many programming languages and industries. Jude heads up the development of our core platforms and is Cuttlefish's server and iPhone guru.

Phill first grabbed Cuttlefish's attention as our star placement student in the summer of 2004 and has worked with us (degree permitting) ever since. He graduated from the University of Loughborough and joined us full-time in 2009. He is a dedicated, highly-focused programmer, whose analytical approach results in robust, extensible applications. Phill programmes in a number of languages and is involved in the day-to-day running of clients' sites as well as the development of our content management software.

Helena joined Cuttlefish in 2002 to look after the financial, legal and administrative aspects of the business (which is not as boring as it sounds). Her main objective is to oversee the health of the company, to do this she juggles the paperwork between client and supplier as well as ensuring that the statutory bodies are kept happy. Helena's a vital and well-loved member of the team and not just because she's in charge of the wages!
