Sean created his first public website in 1992, when such sites in the UK numbered less than 50. As early as 1988 he was experimenting with ‘packet switched networks’ whilst a graduate researcher at Loughborough University. Having worked as lead IT strategist for an award-winning dotcom, he formed Cuttlefish in 2001 as a means of combining his love of arts and technology in a creative environment. Anthony built his first website at the age of 14 - a precursor to the now hugely popular Nintendo Life. He specialises in technical builds, visual design, web services and APIs. An outstanding example of the "internet generation" he combines a keen eye for detail with a flair for design and ruthless coding efficiency.

Jude embarked on his programming career at the age of 8 building games on a second-hand Commodore 16. Technology and Jude's love of it have both come a long way since then! Over the years his experience in building robust, innovative software has spanned many programming languages and industries. Jude heads up the development of our core platforms and is Cuttlefish's server guru.

Helena joined Cuttlefish in 2002 to look after the financial, legal and administrative aspects of the business (which is not as boring as it sounds). Her main objective is to oversee the health of the company, to do this she juggles the paperwork between client and supplier as well as ensuring that the statutory bodies are kept happy. Helena's a vital and well-loved member of the team and not just because she's in charge of the wages!

Justin started his own web design company in 2000 and met Cuttlefish in 2003 whilst working on a contract with one of our clients. We were delighted when in 2005, following a sabbatical in Australia, he joined the Cuttlefish family. Justin's focus is on user interface, and he is an expert when it comes to creating beautiful designs tailored to our clients' services and audiences.

Peter joined Cuttlefish in 2008. Highly organised, thorough and focused he is an accomplished project manager and is likely to be the person you speak to most often when working with Cuttlefish. Peter is also responsible for ensuring each website we build complies with strict standards for quality, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.

Phill first grabbed Cuttlefish's attention as our star placement student in the summer of 2004 and has worked with us (degree permitting) ever since. He graduated from the University of Loughborough and joined us full-time in 2009. He is a dedicated, highly-focused programmer, whose analytical approach results in robust, extensible applications. Phill programmes in a number of languages and is involved in the day-to-day running of clients' sites as well as the development of our content management software.
